Return  Policy Should you need to return an item, please send via Fed-Ex, UPS, or insured mail to Ellis Popcorn Company, Inc, 101 Poplar Street, Murray, KY  42071.  Please indicate why the product is being returned, and what adjustments you desire.  For damaged merchandise, please retain all packing material and tracking numbers, and contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-654-3358.  We will promptly arrange for its replacement.
